3.How We Use Your Data

- Platform improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve our matching algorithms and user experience.
- Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

- Google Workspace: We use Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to process and store submitted data securely. Google acts as a Data Processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
- Analytics providers: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be processed by analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Legal authorities: Where required by law or court order.
All third-party processors are subject to data processing agreements and are required to maintain appropriate security standards.
6.Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above:
- RFQ and application records: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion.
- Active trade relationships: For the duration of the trading relationship plus 5 years for legal and compliance purposes.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe.
