Overview : Dolciaria Orsobianco is a company specialized in the production of baked and confectionary products, fresh and frozen. The company is attentive to the quality of its products without preservatives and colourants, with selective raw materials, without the addition of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids. The company was born in 1992 in Villar San Costanzo, in the province of Cuneo, in Piedmont, which has always been the territory of election in the bakery tradition. Firstly it specializes in croissant production, but today offering also more than 100 specialities and it mainly directs distribution towards mass retail distribution.
