La Reale Alimentari has the possibility to apply the best solutions concerning product production and quality control. And creating new personalised lines of production to constantly satisfy our clients needs and time requested. Our Speciality, from what was demonstrated at the Sial in Paris, without a doubt are puff pastry pies, for instance the classical Erbazzone Reggiano (with parmesan cheese and spinach), Artichoke pie, Porcini Mushroom puff pastry pie, Asparagus pie, Four cheeses (four different types of cheese), Valdostana pie (cooked ham, cheese, tomato), Ortolana pie (Vegetable based), Pasqualina pie (ricotta cheese, chard), just to mention a few. Other snacks from our production are Salatini (puff pastry mini savouries), Chizze (sandwich in puff pastry with parmesan cheese), as well as a variety of different Pizzas (finger food, square snack, classic, portioned into slices, based with different fillings). From salty we pass to a selected range of sweet confectionaries; the fragrant mini tart “I Flauti” with exclusive fillings to the delicious dessert “Mini Risette” (similar to pudding but made with rice and in various flavours such as, vanilla, chocolate, and wild berries). These products were presented recently at the international trade fairs (CIBUS- Italy and SIAL-France), which are becoming very successful.
