The company was born in 1992 in Villar San Costanzo, in the province of Cuneo, in Piedmont, which has always been the territory of election in the bakery tradition. Firstly it specializes in croissant production, but today offering also more than 100 specialities and it mainly directs distribution towards mass retail distribution. In 2012, the company developed an innovative process, patented worldwide, on the basis of the new "ready in 3 minutes" line which involves the freezing of already cooked products, maintaining the quality and fragrance of freshly baked ones. Heating for approximately 3 minutes allows immediate use, with considerable savings in time and energy, compared to uncooked frozen products. With this unique product, chich has no competitors on the market, Dolciario Orsobianco opens the sale of its prodcuts to the HORECA channel.
