UNAS-Union Alimentari is an Italian association of Frozen Foods. It aims to protect and promote the interests of the frozen food industry and all stakeholders involved, from processing companies to logistics operators.
The group was formed in response to the expressed need of those in the frozen food industry to have greater representation at both institutional and market levels, due to the lack of attention that institutions and organizations often direct toward the sector.

We maintain productive relationships with various institutional tables, bodies, and public administrations with the primary objective of safeguarding SMEs in the frozen food sector by intervening, where necessary, with legislative proposals at the national level. At the European level, we are members, through CONFAPI, of CEA-PME.

NATIONAL COLLECTIVE LABOR AGREEMENT FOR SME FOOD INDUSTRY

The National Collective Labor Agreement for employees of small and medium-sized food industry is concluded between UnionAlimentari-Confapi and the trade union organizations of workers FAI-CISL, FAI-CGIL, and UILA-UIL. It is a contractual act with both economic and regulatory significance and applies to all industrial companies producing and processing food for human or animal consumption.
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS, AGREEMENT WITH CSQA
An agreement signed to promote the spread of certification culture
