Haskap, camerise in French, is a small blueberry that looks like a blueberry, dark purple inside and an oval shape. Haskap has a wonderfully unique flavor : a blend of blueberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry… with a hint of rhubarb!

Haskap blends well with all fruits and advantageously replaces other berries.

Perfect for: Ice cream, smoothie, yogurt, jams and jellies, pastry and bakery, drinks (spirits, wine, beer and juice), sauces.

The berry has been used for centuries for its medicinal effects. It contains cyanidin-3- O-glucoside (C3G) a well-known natural anthocyanin that has antioxidant and antiinflammatory properties.

Coming from a Quebec family of berry producers, Samuel Côté founded Haspak Producers Inc. in2021 with the intension to widen access to this incredible berry for the masses and thus offering frozen haskap.
Currently the haskaps come from a group of 24 producers in Canada who have joined forces with the Usine de Congélation de St-Bruno Inc.
