Born into a Quebec family of berry producers, Samuel Côté founded Haskap Producers Inc. in 2021. His mission is to widen access to this incredible berry. We are strong believers of the motto “strength through unity”. Our products come from an association of haskap producers scattered across Canada that joined forces with Les Usines de Congélations de St-Bruno Inc. to bring frozen haskaps to the world. Our vision: our commitment is to provide products and services that meet the food and business needs of our growers and customers. Our mission: promote the interests of Canadian haskap growers through diverse markets by empowering haskap products’ uniqueness, innovative flavour, and health benefits. First, the berries are harvested and frozen using best techniques and practices to minimize waste and optimize our quality. Our knowledgeable group holds CFIA, FDA, HACCP, FSSC 22 000, GMP, CT-Pat, and Organic Agriculture certifications, making our haskaps the finest in the industry.
