My small company schedules Tropical fruit plantacions with over 100 small growers in Colombia,SA.the average grower is 4-6 Ha meaning all is observed daily .we administer and schedule plantings All is planted and grown Organically,but not certified only due to costs Our field operation is over 200 workers and plant is 4-5 .My plant manager is hands on and field operation is coordinated by me with my Chemical Engineer Diego Cataño. Our process operation deseeds larger than 1mm approx we fill and freeze with no preservatives or colorants Our capacity is controlled to 10,000 kg weekly.
