We are a South African based food business and I work in our UK office, specifically focussing on the provision of frozen pulp and IQF fruit to food and drink manufacturers, as well as the food service sector. We employ around 3500 people, supplying fresh and frozen produce as well as a raft of other food products to retail as well as the sectors that I mentioned above. We operate out of 14 factories in 10 locations spread throughout the country. We currently have a large amount of frozen avocado pulp available. The pulp is packed in 6kg bags. There are 2 x 6kg bags in a case. There are 10 boxes per layer and 90 cases per pallet. The pulp has an expiry date between September 2017 and December 2017.
