Overview : AgroSprint Ltd. deals with fruit and vegetable processing and quick freezing as the leading company in the Hungarian frozen industry. The company operates two production units in Hungary, one of the cold storages is in Karcag, and the other one is located in Nyírlugos. Thanks to the big storage and processing capacity, more than 30 different products are processed in the two factories. The key products are sweetcorn (sweet and supersweet corn kernels and corn cobs), green peas, sweet cherries, sour cherries, and different kind of fruit and vegetable mixes. Due to the export orientation of AgroSprint, 80% of its sale is export and 20% is sold in the domestic market. The company has commercial relations with more than 35 countries. Due to this during the past years we were able to become a supplier of the most important food industrial companies in Europe which involved full-scale taking over and applying the EU standards and norms (HACCP, BRC, IFS, ORGANIC, SMETA Audit) and also, meeting the highest quality requirements. A significant proportion of IQF products are used as CONVENTIONAL products; however, a considerable part is produced as raw material for BABY FOOD and ORGANIC products.
